DATA WE COLLECT
- • Account data: email address and display name, handled by our authentication provider.
- • Training data: workouts, sets, reps, weight, RPE, notes, goals, achievements and XP you create.
- • Coach data: Tactical Coach Advice you generate or apply, plus optional usage events you can disable.
- • Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. Card details never reach our servers.
HOW WE USE IT
- • To show your character sheet, progress, history and streaks.
- • To generate coaching advice from your own logged sessions.
- • To manage subscriptions, trials and premium access.
SHARING
- • We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
- • Processors: our cloud database and authentication host, our payment processor, and the AI provider used for coach advice.
RETENTION AND DELETION
- • Training data is kept until you delete it or delete your account.
- • Coach usage events follow the retention window you choose in privacy settings and can be purged at any time.
- • Account deletion removes your profile, workouts, achievements, goals and coach history permanently.
YOUR RIGHTS
- • Export your data at any time as JSON or CSV from the history screen.
- • Access, correct or delete your data from inside the app.
- • Contact support for any privacy request.
CHILDREN
- • VAULT is not intended for children under 13, and under-16s should train with adult supervision.
